I'M LINDSEY.

I am a director, educator, and empowerment & career coach passionate about lifting up Women+ and nonbinary theater artists. I help women+ in theater become bold, confident baddies—building sustainable income and unshakable confidence doing what they’re meant to do.

"[Lindsey] helped me locate the power in my own voice, ask for what I want, and to know I am going to be ok even if I don't get it. I'm a better listener, better collaborator, better collegue, and a better friend."

Liz: Director, educator, group client

“ Meeting another theatre professional who is dedicated to helping fellow artists thrive is incredibly rare and it was made me feel truly seen and understood. Her guidance and support has reenergized my focus on my career, giving me confidence that our work together will reveal a path forward that I can’t yet see."

Molly: Director, non-profit leader, 1:1 client
